TRX_Training-9TRX suspension training was developed by Navy SEALs to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Suspension training is a form of resistance training that includes bodyweight exercises in which a variety of multi-planar, compound exercise movements can be performed. This highly flexible system allows for hundreds of different exercises for people of all ages and fitness levels. TRX spares your joints the impact of running and weight-lifting, and because TRX uses gravity and your own body weight, you can increase or decrease resistance just by changing your position. With a backdrop of upbeat music, TRX classes are 60 minutes of intense physical conditioning rotating through various muscle groups to provide a total body workout.
