Stretching

Experienced and specially trained instructors help you open up your joints for improved flexibility, less stiffness, and a decreased risk of injury during physical activity. Perfect for athletes, older adults, and people of all ages who want to feel more limber and energetic!

Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is an effective therapeutic treatment for both deep and superficial fascial (muscle tissue) release, restoring proper fascial planes for optimal physiologic functioning. Performing an Active Isolated Stretch of no greater than 2 seconds allows the target muscle to optimally lengthen without triggering the protective stretch reflex and subsequent reciprocal antagonistic muscle contraction.
